You will serve as the key point of contact for SEFAA volunteers and employees, overseeing their selection, skills verification, onboarding, training, and retention. This includes planning for current and growth-related organizational roles and formalizing and updating SEFAA policies and procedures for volunteers and staff. The training and experience you receive as President-Elect will enable you to serve as Board President in 2+ years.

There will be at least one in-person Board retreat annually, but monthly Board meetings are virtual.
